Yes, Mia learned to ski too. She would ski between our skis and hold onto our poles. Then by day 2 and 3 she would even ski short distances by herself. Amazing considering that this baby hasn't been walking that long. She would say "quack, quack, quack" and waddle her baby skis like a duck. Precious!!
Jim and I were actually tired from keeping up with her!!
Enjoy these pictures for now. My Canon camera broke on the trip, so I am relying on the family to supply me with pictures. I'll just have to feed them out to you as I get them. Hope you had a wonderful Spring Break!!
Swimming with my brothers at Knoxville!
Ben and Sia at Snowshoe
Love my hair!! Katelyn fixed it for me every morning!!
Now here is a FUNNY!! My niece, Meredith, brought Mia a gift of this precious swimsuit. Well of course she had to put it on... then, she wanted the boots that my aunt gave her...and I had brought along this pool float to play in the snow with her. Well, you can see it all came together to make a HILLARIOUS photo shoot. It was so warm outside that day. We had all been skiing in short sleeves. So, no, I wasn't freezing the baby. She did think that she was very cute!! And, I agree!!
She looks like a snowboarder in those boots, doesn't she?
